Welcoming you softly into self 🧡
Welcoming you softly into self 🧡
Hey! I’m Sunny Love, a multidisciplinary healing artist welcoming you softly into self.
My mama always said that I was dancing before I could walk and my dad was a disco dancer in the 70’s. Movement has always been my first language. It's how I've built community around the world, connected with others, and found my way back to myself.
My work is rooted in a lifelong relationship with the body.
Like many people, my path into healing wasn't linear. It was born from necessity. Living with chronic pain, depression, addiction, and the relentless pace of corporate culture pushed me to search for a different way to live. One rooted in presence instead of performance.
Before this work, I lived many lives. I was the Director of Publicity at Strand Releasing, co-founded a tech startup in Berlin, consulted for ad tech companies across Europe and Asia, and spent my 20s and early 30s living between the U.S., Tel Aviv, Berlin, and Siem Reap. From the outside, it looked exciting. On the inside, I was burned out, disconnected, and craving something more honest.
That search led me to Vipassana meditation, Yoga, and eventually bodywork, where I experienced the profound healing that can happen through presence, nervous system liberation, and deeply attuned touch.
Today, I'm based in Portland, Oregon, where I work as a licensed massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and interdisciplinary movement facilitator. I'm also the founder of Bliss Body, a spiritual movement ceremony created exclusively for femmes.
Through Sunny Love Healing, I create spaces that gently guide people back into relationship with themselves. My work weaves together ancient wisdom, modern somatic practices, and years of dedicated study to support healing that is deeply embodied, compassionate, and sustainable.
I don't believe healing is about fixing yourself or arriving at some perfect version of who you're meant to be. Healing is a lifelong unfolding. A continual remembering of what has always been there beneath the noise.
Whether we're working one-on-one or in community, my intention is the same: to help you reconnect with your body, trust your inner wisdom, and experience greater freedom, pleasure, and presence in your life.
My offerings include individual sessions, group experiences, workshops, retreats, and ceremonies.
I also love collaborating with people and communities who are committed to care, creativity, and collective liberation.
I'd love to connect. Follow along on Instagram or reach out by email.
